Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions before getting started
If you're thinking about working with me, here are some answers that may help you understand how I work and what you can expect from the process.
About the projects
What kind of projects do you work on?
I mainly work on brand identity, web design and development, UX/UI, and creative technology projects.
I also develop projects where these disciplines overlap, such as digital identity systems, AI-generated visual content, interactive experiences, or explorations involving emerging technologies.
The goal is not to use technology for the sake of it, but to choose the tools that genuinely make sense for each project.
What kind of brands do you work with?
I work especially well with startups, cultural projects, evolving brands, and teams that need to build or reorganize their identity and digital presence.
More than focusing on a specific industry, I look for projects with a real intention to differentiate, evolve, and build something coherent in the medium and long term.
Do I need to have everything defined before contacting you?
No.
In fact, many projects start precisely because there are ideas, needs, or references, but no clear structure yet.
Part of my role is to help organize the context, identify priorities, and turn everything into a clear direction.
About the process
4. How do we start a project?
We usually begin with an initial conversation to understand the context, the goals, and the current stage of the project.
From there, I assess the needs and prepare a proposal outlining the approach, scope, phases, and project conditions.
If we're aligned, we move forward with the development.
5. Do you always follow the same process?
I work with a core structure:
Exploration → Direction → System → Execution → Evolution.
This method helps keep the project clear and coherent, but it doesn't mean working rigidly.
Every project has different needs, so the process adapts to its context.
6. Will I be involved throughout the process?
Yes.
Design works better when there is communication and shared context.
At key stages of the project, I share progress, discuss decisions, and validate the direction before moving forward.
The idea is not to surprise you with a final result out of nowhere, but to build the project around a shared direction.
About investment and scope
7. How much does a project cost?
It depends on the scope, complexity, and real needs of the project.
A brand identity, a website, or a project combining strategy, design, and technology involve very different levels of work, so each proposal is tailored specifically.
If you already have a budget range in mind, we can discuss it from the beginning and explore what is realistically achievable within that context.
Do you accept small projects?
Yes, as long as there is a clear objective and the project makes sense for both sides.
Not every project needs to become a huge system. Sometimes a focused intervention is exactly what a brand needs.
The important part is defining what the project actually requires.
9. Can the payment be split?
Yes.
For structured projects, it is common to divide the investment into different payments linked to project phases.
The specific payment terms are defined in advance in each proposal.
10. Do you offer ongoing support after the project ends?
Yes. For brands that need to keep evolving, I can provide ongoing creative support. This may include visual evolution, new website sections or features, optimization, new system applications, or strategic and creative support. It is not just technical maintenance, but a way to support the progressive development of the brand and its digital ecosystem.
About timelines
11. How long does a project take?
It depends on the type of service, the scope, and the starting point. Before beginning, we define a realistic timeline with the different project phases. I prefer to set timelines that allow for thoughtful and precise work rather than artificially speeding up the process and compromising the outcome.
12. Do you work on urgent projects?
In some cases, yes. It depends on my availability, the scope, and whether the project can be completed properly within the available timeframe. If urgency means compromising quality, it is usually better to reconsider the scope or timeline.
About design and technology
13. Will I be able to edit my website afterwards?
Yes. Whenever the project allows it, I build the website so you can manage everyday content without having to rely on me constantly. Client autonomy is part of creating a useful and sustainable digital system.
14. Why do you use Framer for some web projects?
Framer makes it possible to build visually strong, fast, and flexible digital experiences without relying on overly complex infrastructure. It is especially effective for corporate websites, portfolios, landing pages, and projects where design, interaction, and speed of development are important. The tool, however, is chosen based on the needs of the project, not the other way around.
15. Do you use artificial intelligence in your projects?
When it adds value, yes. I use AI as another tool within the creative process: to explore concepts, develop visuals, build audiovisual narratives, or experiment with new forms of communication. It does not replace creative direction or design judgment. Technology expands possibilities; strategy decides which ones are worth pursuing.
About collaboration
16. Do you work alone?
I personally lead each project and maintain direct communication with every client. When a project requires specific expertise beyond my main areas, I can collaborate with other specialized professionals. This makes it possible to keep a coherent creative direction without trying to turn one person into a twenty-department agency.
17. Can we work together if I'm not based in Madrid?
Yes. The entire process can be developed remotely through meetings, collaborative tools, and digital communication. Location is usually not a limitation when working together.
Still have a question?
Every project has a different context. If you have an idea, a brand that needs to evolve, or simply want to know whether I can help, tell me where you are and what you're trying to build.
